Greg Jensen is a healthcare executive with over thirty years of proven achievements in program development, implementation, and operational oversight in an academic medical center with over 700 beds and 200 outpatient clinics and more recently in a federally qualified health center (FQHC). He is recognized nationally for professional leadership and expertise in developing innovative models of delivering healthcare.
Greg has engaged community stakeholders to develop comprehensive services and a continuum of care to benefit patients. Recent examples include developing school engaged health homes in six Central Texas school districts and developing the best-in-class model of integrated healthcare within an FQHC providing primary care and behavioral health care services to the community’s most vulnerable patients.
Chair (2003–2005) and former Trustee (2000–2003) of the NASW Insurance Trust; National Executive Committee (1999–2001); National Board (1998–2001); President, Iowa Chapter (1990– 1992). He is currently a presenter for the NASW Assurance Services Risk Management Program.
